Easy Service & Maintenance - Temp. Control Valves
Regular service and maintenance is key to maitaining optimal function and expanding life cycle of direct-acting temperature control valves. To make maintenance easy and efficient, we provide service kits and overhaul kits tailor-made to each specific valve model with the exact spares needed.
The seal kit contains O-rings and, if relevant, a gasket. The gasket applies only to older valves.
The service kit is an excellent option for general maintenance and upkeep. The service kit contains: seal kit plus thermostatic elements.
The overhaul kit is recommended for regular service intervals, scheduled overhauls and when you need to change the valve's temperature setting. The overhaul kits contain: service kit, sleeves, seats and manual override kit.
The service kits vary depending on the valve model code. Use the tabs to find the information pertaining to your AMOT valve. I.e.: if the model code on your valve reads '4BRCB10007-00-AA', click the 'Model B'-tab, see 'BR valves' and exlore kits listed under 4BR.
