The AMOT XT Air Intake Shut Off Valve is a next-generation butterfly-style solution designed to protect diesel engines from runaway events. By rapidly shutting off the engine’s air supply, the XT valve stops combustion instantly—helping to prevent critical damage, safety risks, and costly downtime.

Runaway conditions can occur when external fuels such as oil mist or gas vapors enter the engine, or due to excessive fuel injection. The XT valve provides a fast and dependable shutdown response in these scenarios, ensuring safe and controlled engine stoppage.
